Subject: Request to order Toddlers Can Read reading materials for [Student Name] Hi [Teacher Name], I'd like to use [Student Name]'s instructional funds for reading materials from Toddlers Can Read. [Student Name] is in [TK, kindergarten, or grade] this year, and these materials support the reading and phonics part of our learning plan. Here is what I'd like to request: [Product name, link, quantity, price] A few details for the ordering team: Toddlers Can Read sells reading materials we use at home. They do not provide live instruction or have contact with students. The materials are secular. They are already an approved vendor at Peak Prep Pleasant Valley and Taylion Homeschool. They accept school purchase orders. The school sends a PO, they ship the approved order, and then invoice the school. Terms are Net 30, paid by ACH or check. They can send a W-9, certificate of insurance, and itemized quote on request. Vendor contact: support@toddlerscanread.com, toddlersread.com If Toddlers Can Read isn't on our approved list yet, could you pass this to the vendor team or let me know which form to use? I'm happy to fill it out. Thank you, [Parent Name]
