Toddlers CAN Read LLC

We want you to feel good about what you buy from us. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations work. It's part of our Terms of Service, and if anything here conflicts with our Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.

Digital Courses
Because our courses are delivered digitally and accessible right away, we handle refunds case by case. If something isn't working for you, reach out to support@toddlersread.com and tell us what's going on. We read every message and we'll work with you to make it right.
Physical Products
If you'd like to return a physical product, contact us at support@toddlersread.com with your order number. We'll walk you through the steps. Items should be returned in their original condition.
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or it's the wrong item, contact us right away with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right.
Free Products and Promotions
If you received a free or discounted item as part of a promotion and you return the qualifying order, the value of the free or promotional item may be deducted from your refund.
Coaching Cohort
Our coaching cohort is billed month to month and you can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you won't be billed for the next cycle. Payments already made for prior or current cycles aren't refunded.
International Orders
For international orders outside the EU, EEA, and United Kingdom, our standard return terms apply. Shipping costs, duties, and customs fees generally aren't refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
EU, EEA, and UK consumers have the statutory withdrawal rights described below.
EU / EEA / UK Customers, Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, EEA, or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period
- Physical products: 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods.
- Digital products (courses and printables): 14 days from the day of purchase.
Digital products. Our courses and printable or downloadable products are digital content supplied electronically. EU, EEA, and UK customers have the same 14-day right of withdrawal on these digital products. We will refund any digital purchase for which you notify us within 14 days, even if you have already accessed or downloaded the content.
How to withdraw. Inform us (Toddlers CAN Read, 1321 Upland Dr., PMB 6882, Houston, TX 77043, support@toddlersread.com) by a clear statement, for example an email. You may use the model form below, but it's not obligatory. Sending notice before the 14-day period expires is enough to meet the deadline.
Effect of withdrawal, physical products. We will reimburse the price you paid, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or your proof that you have sent them), using your original payment method. You must return the goods to Relay Distribution, 522 Gillingham Ln, Sugar Land, TX 77478 within 14 days of notifying us, and you bear the direct cost of return shipping. You are liable only for any reduction in the goods' value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and function.
Effect of withdrawal, digital products. We will reimburse all payments within 14 days of being notified, using your original payment method.

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original following the steps above and place a new order for the item you want.
How Refunds Are Processed
Once a refund is approved, it's issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by your bank or card issuer, but most refunds appear within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
