We regularly support schools, charter programs, and families using public education funds, so we can help with the paperwork that usually slows orders down.
Purchase orders
Send us a purchase order and we'll fulfill the order against it. If your school needs terms, we can invoice on Net 30.
Tax exempt and W-9
Tax-exempt friendly. We can provide a W-9 and help set up tax-exempt orders when needed.
Education funds
We can often support ClassWallet, Odyssey, ESA scholarships, and charter purchase orders. Tell us your program and we'll help you confirm the best way to order.
Add us as a vendor
Not an approved vendor with your charter yet? Ask them to add us and we'll complete the paperwork they send.

Buying for a school or with funds?
What counts as a bulk order?
Bulk pricing usually begins at five or more of the same product, whether that is kits, book sets, or flashcards. There is no minimum to request a quote, and pricing improves as your numbers grow.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Send us your purchase order and we'll fulfill against it, then invoice on Net 30 if your school needs terms.
Do you take charter and ESA funds like ClassWallet or Odyssey?
In many cases, yes. We work with ClassWallet, Odyssey, ESA scholarships, and direct charter purchase orders, but whether we are approved depends on your specific program and where you are. Tell us your program in the form and we will let you know if we are approved and how to order.
Are you tax-exempt friendly, and can you send a W-9?
Yes. Tell us you are tax exempt and we'll help set up the order that way. We can also send a current W-9 when you ask.
We cannot find you as an approved vendor. How do we add you?
The fastest way is usually to ask your charter or program to add Toddlers Can Read as a vendor. They will typically send us a short application, and we'll complete it quickly. Note this in your request and we'll follow up.
